Dr. Charles (C.B.) Williamson is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with a specialization in general orthopaedics and joint replacement surgery for the hips and knees. Dr. Williamson is a well-known figure in the East Volusia community. His reputation extends beyond surgical expertise; he is also recognized for his compassionate and patient-centered approach. Dr. Williamson completed his medical education at Downstate Medical Center, State University of New York. Following his training in Orthopaedic Surgery at State University – Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., he returned to Daytona Beach to begin his practice in 1979. Throughout his career, Dr. Williamson has held significant leadership roles at Halifax Health Medical Center, including Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery, Chief of Surgery, President of the Medical Staff, and active participation in various committees. Having dedicated many years to private practice in the South Daytona area, Dr. Williamson will continue to serve patients from our Port Orange office.
