Hoang Dang, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician. Dr. Dang provides full-scale primary care, including preventive health care, for multiple acute and chronic conditions. He welcomes patients of all ages and is proud to provide care for the LGBTQIA+ community. As part of his practice, he performs incision and drainage, splinting, cryotherapy, IUD insertion and removal, minor laceration repair, pap smear and skin tag/wart removals.
Dr. Dang felt called to family medicine due to his upbringing as the child of immigrants from Vietnam. Being part of an underserved ethnic community and identifying as part of the LGBTQIA+ family made him want to help create safe places for all people to receive care and to be encouraged to thrive. He speaks English, and basic Vietnamese and Spanish.
Dr. Dang earned his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine, going on to complete his family medicine residency at New York Medical College at Hoboken University Medical Center.
