Lauren Meyer, APRN

Lauren is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with AdventHealth Medical Group General Surgery at Shawnee Mission. She approaches patient care with intentionality and compassion. Guided by her desire to serve Christ and help others, Lauren strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of her patients. Lauren is certified to care for patients of all ages. Her clinical interests include Critical Care, Pulmonary Medicine, and General Surgery. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with minors in Spanish and Business from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Graceland University.

Spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking, going on church mission trips, playing pickleball

For Lauren, going to work each day is more than a job, it’s a calling. She approaches caring for her patients as if they are her family. Her goal is to be an intentional and compassionate provider, while also upholding the highest standards of practice. She strives to build relationships of trust and dependability with her patients.
