Mauricio Perez Martinez, MD, is a vascular surgeon who earned his medical degree from the Ignacio A. Santos School of Medicine in Monterrey, Mexico. Dr. Perez Martinez completed his residency training in General Surgery at the Swedish Medical Center, HealthOne in Englewood, CO. Dr. Prez Martinez completed his vascular surgery fellowship at Rush University Medical Cener in Chicago. He also completed a research fellowship in the thoracic surgery department at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard University in Boston, MA, and a burn fellowship at the John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, IL. The author of numerous peer-reviewed articles, abstracts and book chapters, Dr. Perez Martinez is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
