Seth Jones, NP

Seth Jones, FNP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner providing primary care for adults. As part of his practice, he diagnoses and treats acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension, Type II diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypothyroidism, anxiety and depression.

As an FNP, Seth chose to practice internal medicine to care for patients, their families and the community. Treating conditions from the simple to the complex allows him to continually expand his knowledge in the field and stay up-to-date on the best treatment options, modalities and innovative ways to care for his patients. He makes it a priority to get to know and understand each patient, their condition, and their beliefs in order to help guide and educate each individual on the best-fitting care plan, treatment, and personal goals for their health and well-being.

Seth earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Colorado University College of Nursing, going on to complete a Master of Science in Nursing from Regis University.

In his free time, Seth enjoys watching all sports, playing golf and spending time with family.

Seth is here to care for the whole health of each patient — body, mind and spirit.
