Cassondra Chatham, APRN, is an advanced practice registered nurse with more than 10 years of healthcare experience who cares for patients 18 and older. As part of her primary care practice, she performs annual exams, lifestyle management and provides care for acute and chronic diseases. Cassondra earned her Master of Science in Nursing, with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration, from The University of Alabama. While pursuing her master’s degree, she was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Keiser University in Orlando. Cassondra holds various licenses, including basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support.
