Nicole Draper, APRN

Nicole Draper, APRN, is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner who earned both her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing with a pediatric specialty from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She brings extensive experience in pediatric hematology and oncology, having previously served at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. Nicole’s clinical interests include pediatric acute leukemia, sickle cell disease, and a variety of non-malignant hematologic disorders. Born in Ecuador and fluent in Spanish, she is dedicated to building meaningful connections with diverse families and providing compassionate, holistic care.

Outside of medicine, Nicole enjoys traveling with her husband, hiking, reading, and spending time with her dog, Luna.

As a Pediatric Oncology Nurse Practitioner, I believe in providing compassionate, holistic care to children and their families during some of the most challenging times in their lives. I am honored to walk alongside them—offering not only medical expertise but also hope, comfort, and encouragement. My passion lies in building meaningful relationships with my patients and their families, celebrating every milestone, and witnessing their strength and resilience as they grow and thrive. It is deeply rewarding to care for children throughout their journey and see all that they can accomplish beyond their illness.
