Biography

Tom Curtis, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner with a passion for helping his patients live full, healthy lives. He works collaboratively with you and a multidisciplinary team to accomplish desired treatment goals with care and compassion.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton. He then went on to complete a Master of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee. He is a highly experienced nurse practitioner who has cared for patients for more than 30 years.

Personal Interests

When not at work, Tom enjoys cooking, fishing, boating and spending time with family and friends.
