Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth check-in process and keep the event running on schedule.

Do You Qualify?

PAD screenings are most beneficial for individuals who meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Age 50 or older
• History of smoking
• Diabetes
• High blood pressure or high cholesterol
• Family history of vascular disease
