Montoya Wyatt, APRN

Montoya Wyatt, APRN, is an advanced practice registered nurse caring for patients 12 and older. As part of her practice, she performs annual exams, treats acute and chronic illnesses and cares for women’s and men’s health. Montoya believes that the body should be treated as a whole; acknowledging her patients' mental and spiritual state is part of her treatment plan for each patient. Her patients and their families' well-being is important to her, and she collaborates with them and a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. She is committed to personalized care and has a desire to educate her community about the benefits of long-term health and wellness. Montoya earned her Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner degree from South University in Tampa. She holds various licenses, including Basic and Advanced Life Support, and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
