Here to Help
AdventHealth requires that payment be made at the time of service for any amount not covered by insurance. Insurance deductibles and co-payments will be considered as deposits and are due at the time of service.
If you're unable to make a full payment at discharge due to financial hardship, you can ask to speak with a financial counselor who can review options with you. Once you receive your statement, you can find out more about available payment options, including payment plans, by contacting customer service via phone at 855-241-2455 or by sending a message through your AdventHealth Account. Payments can be made in cash, by check or through a debit or credit card, as well as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Electronic funds transfers are also available.
We offer interest-free payment plans with secured payment methods on file. Terms vary based on the total amount due.
It is important to understand what medical services are covered by your insurance policy. We encourage patients to confirm with their insurance provider if AdventHealth's services are covered by their policies, and how much of their bill they will be responsible for.
Should you have any questions about a bill you have received, please contact us at Call855-241-2455 and an AdventHealth representative will be happy to help you.
