Ghazanfar Khadim, MD

Dr. Ghazanfar Khadim, MD, FACC, FSCAI, is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of complex cardiovascular conditions. He earned his medical degree from Khyber Medical College in Peshawar, Pakistan, and completed his residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Illinois. He then pursued fellowships in Cardiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin and in Interventional Cardiology at Loyola University Medical Center. Dr. Khadim is certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Diseases, the American Board of Interventional Cardiology, the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology, and the National Board of Echocardiography. His expertise includes coronary and peripheral vascular interventions, device implantation, and advanced treatment of heart failure, arrhythmias, and venous disorders.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Khadim enjoys spending time with his family and giving back to the community through local outreach and health education. He has a passion for travel, exploring new cultures, and capturing moments through photography. He also enjoys watching and playing sports, which reflect his appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and perseverance values he carries into his daily medical practice.
