AdventHealth physician leader and military veteran Dr. Jeffrey Kuhlman recently discussed AdventHealth’s special approach to health care and his medical career in a Q and A with online wellness publication Thrive Global.

Kuhlman, who is the chief quality and safety officer for AdventHealth, also served as White House doctor to former Presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama.

In the interview, Dr. Kuhlman emphasized the need for a human connection between patients and their doctors, AdventHealth’s community work and how serving as White House doctor showed him the powerful impact of a strong, dynamic team.
