AdventHealth receives 2020 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award in Patient Experience

AdventHealth locations across the country have been named a 2020 Guardian of Excellence Award^® winner by Press Ganey. The Guardian of Excellence Award in Patient Experience honors organizations that have achieved the 95th percentile or higher, based on survey feedback from patients about their experience of care.

The AdventHealth locations that were awarded include:

AdventHealth Durand Emergency Department, Durand, WI

AdventHealth Gordon Outpatient Oncology, Calhoun, GA

AdventHealth Medical Group – New Smyrna, New Smyrna Beach, FL

AdventHealth South Overland Park Emergency Department, Overland Park, KS

These 2020 Guardian of Excellence awardees have maintained patient experience scores that rank within the top 5% in the nation for each of the four individual quarters between April 2019 and March 2020.
