WEST VOLUSIA, Fla., January 8, 2018 Florida Hospital DeLand and Florida Hospital Fish Memorial have selected Anna Shields to serve as an antimicrobial stewardship and infectious disease pharmacist.
In this role, Shields is responsible for coordinating a multidisciplinary program for both Florida Hospital facilities to promote the appropriate use of antimicrobial agents, as well as assisting in the optimal selection of antibiotic drug regimen, dose, duration of therapy, and route of administration.
