NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla., May 1, 2018 Florida Hospital New Smyrna has appointed Nancy Maddox to the Foundations board of directors.
Maddox is a New Smyrna Beach resident and is the leisure services director for the City of New Smyrna Beach.
She serves as a mentor for the Take Stock in Children's Volusia County program, which offers at-risk, low income students college tuition scholarships. She has served on many local and statewide non-profit boards over the years and was a member of the Florida Historical Commission.
Maddox joins the team of current Florida Hospital New Smyrna Foundation board members, including: Florida Hospital New Smyrna Foundation strategist Renee Andrus, Jamie Calkins, Buddy Davenport, Robert Demers, Thomas DeSimone, Florida Hospital New Smyrna Foundation board of directors chairman Pat Driver, Florida Hospital New Smyrna Foundation board of directors vice chairwoman Cheryl Faber, Cynthia Flanagan, Kathy Griffith, Stan Harrison, Sandra Huggard, Walter Johnson, Florida Hospital New Smyrna Foundation board of directors honorary emeritus Pat Loos, Florida Hospital New Smyrna Foundation board of directors secretary Sue McClelland, Florida Hospital New Smyrna Foundation board of directors honorary emeritus Charlie Meyer, Dori Peterson, Randy Prichard, Peggy Rivers, Dick Rosedale, Charlotte Smith, Florida Hospital New Smyrna Foundation board of directors treasurer Jean Tauber, Kaye Walker, and Diane Williams.
