Three Health Care Providers Smile as They Interact on the Job

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is proud to announce its prestigious recognition in Forbes' "America's Best Employers by State" rankings. This achievement highlights UChicago Medicine AdventHealth's unwavering dedication to creating a positive workplace environment and fostering a culture of excellence.

AdventHealth employs more than 80,000 employees across the multiple states where they operate, including Florida and Illinois.

AdventHealth's rankings in this year's Forbes' "America's Best Employers by State" are as follows:

  • UChicago Medicine AdventHealth in Illinois: Ranked 84
  • AdventHealth in Florida: Ranked 85
  • Additionally, the University of Chicago Medicine, an affiliate of AdventHealth in Illinois: Ranked 55

Forbes, in collaboration with the prominent market research firm Statista, compiles this esteemed list, consisting of 51 rankings — one for each state and the District of Columbia. To determine the rankings, a comprehensive survey was conducted, involving 70,000 employed Americans from businesses with a workforce of at least 500 employees. The survey participants evaluated their employers based on a range of criteria, including working conditions, diversity, compensation packages, potential for development and company image. The healthcare and social services sector was the most represented nationally, with educational institutions coming in a close second, according to the initial announcement released by Forbes in August.
