We’re making it easier than ever to see a primary care provider. Select Plan members can use Virtual Primary Care to see a provider right from their smartphone or tablet.

Connect with Care Concierge to schedule your first Virtual Primary Care appointment. After your initial visit, you can self-schedule through your AdventHealth account or connect with Care Concierge for assistance.

Whether you're looking for a cardiologist, an orthopedist or a women's care provider like an OB/GYN, you can find one in our network on Aetna's website.

AdventHealth team members can contact Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) by logging into The Hub. Our HR contact center is your place to open a case for assistance, get real-time chat support with a live agent or call us at 844-843-6363.
