Christy Scott, APRN, CNM, is a certified nurse midwife who earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, KY. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University in Tampa, FL. Christy was a registered nurse in labor and delivery at AdventHealth Zephyrhills for several years, working directly with obstetricians to care for women in triage, antepartum, labor, delivery and immediate postpartum. She began her medical career as a paramedic, caring for emergency patients in the AdventHealth Wesley Chapel area for several years. Christy is dedicated to supporting her patients’ whole-person care in body, mind and spirit.
