Biography

Grace Benmhend, MD, is a family medicine physician with a strong interest in integrative medicine, global health compassionate, personalized care. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, where she completed a scholarly concentration in international medicine and received the Gold Humanism and the Sports Medicine Student of the Year awards. Dr. Benmhend has also led the launch of a refugee clinic, volunteered extensively at student-run, free clinics and presented nationally on refugee care and integrative health. Additionally, she has contributed to peer-reviewed research and published work on topics ranging from emergency medicine to global health equity. Her impressive training includes reproductive health, dermatologic procedures and joint injections. Dr. Benmhend brings a globally minded, patient-first philosophy to her care, rooted in equity, education and service.
