Jeremy Mosher, DO, MPH

Jeremy Mosher, DO, shares that it is an honor and privilege to provide Family Medicine services to his patients. As a Family Medicine physician, he knows the value of treating the whole family, providing continuity of care, and taking a preventative approach to healthcare. Dr. Mosher’s clinical interests encompass full-spectrum care including adult medicine, pediatric care, women’s health, chronic disease management, preventative and lifestyle medicine, diabetes, hypertension, obesity, pain management, substance use disorders, and others. Dr. Mosher is committed to building better health systems that result in better patient outcomes and greater health equity.

Dr. Mosher attended medical school at Touro University California. He also holds a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine and a Masters in Public Health. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cell Biology. Dr. Mosher served his residency at the University of Illinois Chicago Hospital & Health Systems and is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He belongs to the following organizations: American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, Colorado Association of Family Physicians and American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.

Dr. Mosher makes the health of his patients his top priority. When he takes some time for himself, he enjoys exercising, cooking, traveling, snowboarding, reading, watching movies, and spending time with his wife.

Dr. Mosher is committed to providing exceptional patient care to all who need it. His values focus on the equitable care of underserved populations, evidence-based medicine, and disease prevention. He has come to understand the social determinants of health, health disparities, and the complex circumstances that impact his patients and their community. He has honed his skills in medicine and patient-centered communication, so he can work with his patients as a guide and resource to maximize their health and achieve their goals.
