Julie Malone, APRN

Julie Malone, APRN, is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner and Surgical First Assistant who provides high-quality, patient-centered care throughout our clinical and hospital settings. As part of AdventHealth Medical Group’s elite Pediatric and Adult Congenital Heart Surgery team in Orlando, Julie assists with preoperative planning, provides intraoperative support, and helps manage all phases of postoperative care. She is passionate about providing ongoing education and support with superior communication. Julie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and maintains multiple certifications through the American Heart Association.

She is passionate about caring for the whole person and is committed to a collaborative, holistic approach in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients and their families. She excels at creating an environment where patients and their families feel understood, supported and safe. She focuses on guiding families through complex surgical plans, offering reassurance and celebrating milestones in their congenital heart journeys.
