Natalia Kelley, APRN

Natalia Kelley, APRN, is an advanced practice registered nurse with board certification in family practice and more than 20 years of clinical experience. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mountain State University. Natalia brings a strong foundation in both outpatient and hospital-based care, with advanced training in gastroenterology, pulmonology and acute care. She also has extensive experience in interventional endoscopy procedures. Fluent in Russian, Natalia is known for her empathetic care and focus on wholistic health education and management. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys traveling, studying languages and spending time with family.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially at the beach where I can relax and recharge. I love exploring nature, whether it’s observing local flora and fauna or discovering new trails. Traveling is also a passion of mine, and I particularly enjoy cruises, which give me the opportunity to explore different places, cultures, and experiences. These interests help me stay balanced, refreshed, and connected to the world around me.

As a Nurse Practitioner, my care philosophy is rooted in compassion, respect, and equity. I believe that every patient deserves to be treated with the same kindness and dignity that I would want for myself or my loved ones. I strive to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered in their care decisions. My approach blends evidence-based practice with individualized attention, recognizing that each patient’s journey is unique. Ultimately, my goal is to build trust and foster collaboration so patients feel confident and cared for at every step of their health journey.
