Sara L. Belz, FNP-BC

Sara L. Belz, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides primary care to patients ages 5 and up. She performs annual wellness exams, conducts school and sports physicals and provides chronic disease management for conditions like diabetes and hypertension. Sara was drawn to family medicine because it allows her to build long-term relationships, support whole families and make a real difference in both prevention and healing. She believes it’s the kind of medicine that feels deeply personal and meaningful every day. Sara aims to treat her patients like family, taking the time to listen, explain and make sure every person feels seen, heard and supported. Her goal is to be a trusted partner in their health journey. Sara earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from Miami Regional University, a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the University of Central Florida, and an Associate of Arts from Daytona State University. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

In her free time, Sara enjoys fishing, boating and home renovations.
