Biography: Valencia Dulcio, APRN, is an advanced practice registered nurse who cares for patients 18 and older. Valencia earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seminole State College in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
