AdventHealth has received Great Place To Work® Certification from Great Place To Work®, an independent third-party organization regarded as the global authority on workplace culture. The recognition is based entirely on feedback from a random sampling of 5,000 team members across the organization who were invited to take part in the survey. AdventHealth is a faith-based health system, with more than 50 hospitals in nine states.
“This recognition reflects the dedication of our entire team to creating an environment where every individual feels valued, supported and empowered to deliver the highest quality care,” said Olesea Azevedo, chief people officer and chief administrative officer for AdventHealth. “We are incredibly proud of this achievement, which underscores our belief that when we invest in our people, we strengthen our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ.”
AdventHealth’s commitment to caring for its 95,000-plus team members – body, mind and spirit – is the foundation for its “feel whole” brand promise and is embodied in an array of resources designed to nurture professional and personal growth, equipping team members to deliver AdventHealth’s hallmark whole-person care to the communities they serve. At the heart of that care is a team invested in service standards that define every interaction with patients and each other: Keep Me Safe. Love Me. Make It Easy. Own It.
Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place To Work said, “Great Place To Work® Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience.” The certification provides recognition of a company as one having a great workplace environment for its employees, she added.
